Reconnect with yourself.

When you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can help.

Specialized therapy for individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, eating disorders, relationship concerns, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Available in-person in West Palm Beach and virtually throughout Florida.

You may be here because…

You feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stretched too thin.

You're carrying experiences from the past that continue to affect your life, relationships, or sense of self.

Food, body image, or self-criticism take up more space in your life than you'd like.

You find yourself returning to the same thoughts, feelings, or relationship patterns despite wanting things to be different.

From the outside, it looks like you're holding everything together—but inside, you're struggling.

You feel disconnected—from yourself, your relationships, or the life you want to be living.

Whatever brings you here, therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and begin moving toward a more connected and meaningful life.

Family Therapy

Build understanding, repair disconnection, and create healthier patterns.

Trauma Therapy

Eating Disorder Therapy

Develop a more trusting relationship with food, your body, and yourself.

Meet Drew

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine relationship—one built on trust, curiosity, and collaboration. My role is not to tell you who you should be, but to help you better understand yourself, make sense of your experiences, and move toward the life you want to live.

Whether you're navigating the effects of trauma, struggling with an eating disorder, working through relationship challenges, or feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, and create meaningful change.

Why Souljourner?

The name Souljourner was inspired by two ideas. The first is the word sojourner—someone traveling through a place that is not yet home. The second is the belief that therapy can be a journey of the soul—a process of exploring who we are, how we've been shaped by our experiences, and what it means to live more authentically and intentionally.

At different points in life, we may feel disconnected from ourselves, uncertain of where we belong, or caught between where we've been and where we hope to go. To me, healing is not about becoming someone new. It's about reconnecting with yourself, developing a deeper understanding of your experiences, and moving toward a life that feels more meaningful, connected, and true to who you are.

The name Souljourner reflects that journey.

Training & Clinical Approach

My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and tailored to the unique needs of each client. Drawing from evidence-based approaches and advanced specialty training, I work to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change.

Internal Family Systems

Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps people better understand the different parts of themselves that can emerge during times of stress, conflict, or emotional pain. Rather than fighting against difficult thoughts, feelings, or behaviors, IFS encourages curiosity and self-compassion, helping people develop a deeper understanding of themselves and create lasting change from within.

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is an evidence-based approach that helps people process and heal from distressing experiences that continue to affect them in the present. By helping the brain reprocess memories in a safe and structured way, EMDR can reduce the emotional intensity of past experiences and support greater resilience, flexibility, and healing.

Integrative & Evidence-Based Therapy

Every client is different, and therapy should reflect that. My approach draws from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, psychoeducation, relational therapy, and other evidenceapproaches. Together, we'll tailor therapy to your unique needs, goals, and experiences rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.

Specialized Experience

Over the past eight years, I've worked extensively with individuals experiencing eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and co-occurring challenges. Much of my work has focused on helping people navigate the complex relationship between emotions, identity, self-worth, and the ways those struggles can show up through food, body image, relationships, and coping behaviors. My approach integrates evidence-based practices with a deep respect for each person's unique story, helping clients move toward greater connection with themselves and others.
