Individual Therapy

Reconnect with yourself and move toward a more meaningful, connected life.

Life can feel overwhelming, confusing, or exhausting at times. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself and create meaningful change.

In-person therapy is available in West Palm Beach, with virtual therapy available throughout Florida.

You may be here because…

You feel anxious, overwhelmed, or constantly stressed.

You feel disconnected from yourself or others.

You are struggling with depression, low motivation, or hopelessness.

You find yourself repeating patterns you want to change.

You are navigating a major life transition.

You feel stuck and unsure how to move forward.

You want a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences.

Growth Begins with Understanding

Many of us spend years trying to push through difficult emotions, silence our needs, or figure everything out on our own. While these strategies may help us get by, they can also leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and uncertain about what we truly need.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, better understand your experiences, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked, burdened, or forgotten.

Like a path winding through the forest, healing is rarely a straight line. Yet with greater awareness, support, and self-understanding, meaningful change becomes possible.

My Approach

I believe that most people are doing the best they can with the experiences, resources, and understanding available to them at the time. Even the patterns that create pain today often began as attempts to cope, adapt, or protect ourselves.

Rather than viewing symptoms as something to eliminate, therapy provides an opportunity to better understand what those symptoms may be communicating and the experiences that shaped them. Through greater awareness, curiosity, and self-compassion, new possibilities for healing and change can emerge.

My work integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches. While these approaches provide valuable tools, I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most important factors in meaningful change. Together, we'll work to better understand your experiences, strengthen your connection with yourself, and move toward a more connected and meaningful life.
